Bobcats News · Bobcats Striving to Participate in College Athletics Take Note

The Cambridge Athletic Department will be hosting a mandatory meeting for all Fall sports players and parents on Monday, August 12th at 7:00p.m. in the Cambridge High School Cafeteria.  ALL returning and new student-athletes wanting to participate in a Fall sport, along with a parent/guardian, are required to attend. The meeting will begin with a short PowerPoint presentation from the OHSAA, followed by an introduction and overview by new Athletic Director, Aaron Quinn.  Individual breakout sessions with specific teams and coaches will be held immediately after.

Following this mandatory meeting, there will be an opportunity for all parents and players to take part in a session with Aaron Quinn who will be discussing the college recruiting process for student athletes.  This brief overview will cover the college recruiting process, eligibility requirements, and scholarship opportunities.  With experience at the collegiate level as a certified scout, coach, and athletic director, Quinn will be able to supply current Bobcats with the important truths about the recruiting process.

Cambridge City Schools and Bobcat Athletics are excited to present this new opportunity to our student athletes.  We hope to see you there!
