OHSAA released the District qualifiers today that will swim on Wednesday at Ohio State University for a chance to go to State. The Cambridge Swim Team was able to get several swimmers qualified and just missed sending the entire team.

“I could not be more proud of how this team has swam all season and to see that work pay off with getting this many swimmers qualified is amazing. We are able to send our entire boys team to District with using our alternates including our two seniors. It is bitter sweet though as our girls just missed qualifying by four tenths of a second, which would have allowed us to send the entire team. We started the season as a very young and inexperienced team and we were not expecting to be in this situation until next year. I am excited to see the boys compete on Wednesday and extremely excited to see the direction the program is going in.” – Coach Byerly
