With the closure of school, we hope that all of you are in some way continuing to workout and keeping your body in shape for when athletics resume. These workouts are not only good for you physically, but also mentally.
We are challenging you to share your workout with us. You may share these workouts using text, photos, and/or short videos. We will select random people who submit workouts for prizes. This applies to both students and staff.
